We work together in the session to move through any energy blocks that might be present. At times, I suggest that we do an energy clearing so that you can move forward with greater ease.

I always give at-home practices, and each session includes a follow-up e-mail, at the initiative of the participant.  Follow-up sessions are encouraged, as major change tends to occur in increments, over time.
