Sit in a quiet place and close your eyes. Sit so that your spine is correctly aligned so that your energy is maximized. Put all of your awareness in your heart, as if your eyes and ears were in the center of your chest. Ask yourself what you want most from life. Look at the first thing that pops into your mind, no matter how absurd. Ask yourself, is there more? Then listen again. Once again, look at what pops into your mind first. Keep going with this process until you feel that you have landed upon the truth of what you want most. Once you have found this truth, then ask yourself: is there anything that you would be doing differently, if you held this truth as a template for every decision? |
